FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you get stuck

Where can I find the usual menu items?

On a computer, they are in the menu on the left; on a phone, in the bottom menu bar and under More. You can access your own account and profile switching from the profile button in the top right.

Why can I not see a device or function?

Check which profile is selected and whether search or filtering is active. Available devices and actions are also determined by the licence and permissions; a shared access may expire or be withdrawn.

Why am I not receiving a push notification on my phone?

Check your internet connection and the app notification permission in your phone settings. In the GPSPositions interface, the required alert and the push channel must also be enabled. Focus mode or Do Not Disturb on the phone may silence the notification.

How can I restart the demonstration?

Open Help in the GPSPositions interface and select the demonstration you want. A guide that was previously closed or switched off can also be restarted.
