If you get stuck
Why is no route shown?
Check the selected device, dates and times. Only data recorded by the device and available to you will be shown. The last known position shown on the map does not by itself mean a complete route for the selected period.
How far back can I query data?
Retroactive access to data is determined by your licence and permissions. For a shared device, the owner may allow a shorter period than this.
What does the P marker mean?
The letter P marks a stop on the queried route. In the corresponding list entry, you can also check the time and duration of the stop.
